- How does your 1 year warranty work?If anything breaks with your tracking within 1 year of your initial order due to platform changes or requirements, we will fix it free of charge. Please note that developer changes or switching over to a new website are excluded from this warranty.
- What platforms do you support?We support all of the main ecommerce and web builder platforms including Shopify, Woo Commerce, Wix, SquareSpace, WordPress, Big Commerce and Magento.
- Will you need our passwords?In most cases, no. You simply add us as a user to your existing properties and once we’re done, you simply revoke the access.

- What is the difference between server side and client side tracking?Client-side tracking, by directly collecting data from the user's browser using scripts, typically provides richer, more detailed analytics data on user behavior and interactions. However, it's more susceptible to iOS restrictions like Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP), which can limit the effectiveness of cookies and data collection, potentially impacting the quality and completeness of analytics data. Server-side tracking, by processing data on the server, offers a way around some of these limitations, ensuring more reliable data collection in the face of privacy measures by platforms like iOS. It offers enhanced security, better performance, and greater control over data but might not capture the breadth of user interactions that client-side tracking can. Please note that you will need a third party service such as Stape.io or Google Cloud Platform for server-side tracking. Additional payment will be required to the vendor, depending on your choice of plan and traffic levels. For most clients this usually costs in the region of $20-50 per month.
- How long does it take?Most orders are completed within 2-3 working days, excluding UK public holidays. Complex setups can take a little longer. This time frame begins after we have received access to all relevant properties.
